MOBILE TRACKLESS FOLDING GATE SYSTEM

Our Mobile Trackless Folding Gate System is an extension of our “In Stock” Diamondor and Diamond Window product range and available for immediate delivery. Primarily designed for internal use, comes in a range of SEVEN different standard heights and NINE standard widths that automatically adjust to the maximum specified width.

Simply measure the Width of the opening. Decide, or measure the height required. From our Trackless Barrier System Price Lists below using our standard 2 metre and 2.5 metre Diamondors, you will find the most economical barrier systems available. Although heights are available from 850 mms, they are slightly more expensive. Please ring 0113 248 4747 for other heights and System Prices.

Because of the flexibility of the mobile Trolley System it is very simple to install and very quick. The Diamondor or Diamond Window is screwed or bolted to the “T” Trolley (“L” trollies are available for a corner). At the end of the day, simply unlock our 5 pin high security Slamlock, at either one or both ends of the Barrier and fold the grille up. If locked at both ends, the Barrier can be fully unlocked, folded up, and stored away in a corner somewhere out of the way.

THE MOBILE TROLLEY SYSTEM CAN SPAN ANY WIDTH

The flexibility of the Mobile Trolley System is achieved using TWENTY ONE different sizes of Diamondor and Diamond Window. We have SEVEN different heights from 850 mms to 2500 mms, all of which can be cut down at the factory prior to dispatch to suit your opening. We have NINE different widths from 900 mms up to 1950 mms which adjust automatically to the maximum opening width.

Used when joining TWO Mobile Trolley Systems together. Keyed alike for ease of use.

The hinges supplied as standard can be used, which allows the Barrier to be angled or hinged around. NOT using the hinges provided, makes a Rigid Barrier.

L206 Lock

STANDARD SYSTEM

· Our Standard trackless barrier is bolted together as ONE unit with an L205 Lock fitted at each end to lock onto both walls. This allows for the barrier to be unlocked from one or both ends. If unlocked from both ends can be folded up and stored in a separate area – leaving the protected opening unrestricted in width.

LOCK ONE SIDE OR IN THE MIDDLE

· This is a lower cost method of providing a Trackless Barrier, but, being fixed on one or both sides does not allow the Barrier to be easily removed and therefore provides a restriction to the opening when folded back..

· With Barriers that are made to join in the middle, we would provide our L206 Lock.

· These Diamondors provide an extremely flexible system. If you have different requirements please give us a ring on 0113 248 4747 for advice.
