PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- MEDIUM to HIGH Security
- 6FT RANGE Prickly Plants
- This is without doubt the best spiky hedge plant available. A deciduous plant with fragrant white flowers in May. This is followed with masses of bright red fruit in the autumn, which often last through the winter.
- This is a very hardy plant which will thrive in full sun or partial shade. If required will grow to 8 – 10m. Best trimmed after flowering or in the autumn to retain a good solid hedge.
- SPIKINESS - Without doubt the best spiky hedge plant available. The spines are 2 cm's long.
- GROWTH - Grows at approximately 12 - 14 inches or 30 - 35 cm's per year.
- SHADE - Will grow in full shade or full sun.
- DELIVERY - We can deliver these plants in Autumn and Winter bare rooted, OR potted in Spring and Summer. Supplied in 2 Litre Pots. The plants themselves will be approximately 30 cm's
- PLANTING - Plant in fertile, moist but well drained soil. Make sure that the plant is not dry before planting . The use of Multi-Purpose Compost when planting would certainly be beneficial in its growth.
- MAINTENANCE - Simply grow as a free standing Shrub. Alternatively prune or trim to required height
