High Quality well finished Doors, all manufactured in the UK
Our MINIMUM Steel Door Specification includes the following;
 
1 Anti-Jemmy Strip – to prevent attack with crowbars;
2 Stainless Steel Hinges – for added strength and durability;
3

17.5 mm diameter Dog Bolts – 2 single door, 4 double door
4 Threshold weather Seals – to protect against the elements.
5 Double skinned door leaf – 45 mm thick with a double pan construction folded and bolted with integral bonded core.  Steel door leaf is manufactured from 1.2 mm thick steel, with a1.6 mm thick Frame.
6 Steel door and frame are primed in Grey ready for on-site painting.
7 Zintec coated Steel is used throughout our steel doors.  British Steel's electro-zinc coated steel sheet and coil, offers a number of advantages over ordinary uncoated mild steel. Zintec's corrosion resistance protects the steel in transit, in storage, during the production process, and in the finished product.   Zintec is used for automotive bonnets.
8 Single Steel Doors are assembled for installation; Double Steel Doors are packed ready for on-site assembly.

Sizes quoted here are structural opening sizes.  Actual manufactured steel door sizes will be 10 mm smaller in width, and 5 mm smaller in height.
10 Our Fire Doors listed below are all 4 hour assessed but need TS72 closer and center latch to achieve Certification.
11 4 hour Fire Rated (only 1 hour if glazed to max 0.17 sq metre) and Certificated Steel Doors including the TS72 closer and center latch, are available on 14 day delivery at extra cost, Single £138 inc VAT, Double £248 inc VAT.
